1. Acceptance
By downloading KulakApp, creating an account, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Do not use the service if you disagree. These Terms do not waive mandatory consumer rights.
2. Service
KulakApp offers musical-listening exercises involving intervals, chords, melody, rhythm, voice, and pitch. Web tools and results provide educational starting feedback; they are not an official examination, medical diagnosis, qualification, or guarantee of success.
3. Account and eligibility
Provide accurate account information, protect account access, and report unauthorized use. Never share passwords or authentication codes. You must be at least 13, or meet any higher minimum age required by local law.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Paid features may be sold by Apple App Store or Google Play, with RevenueCat verifying entitlements. Price, period, and trial details appear before purchase. Subscriptions may renew automatically under store terms and must be cancelled in the relevant store settings. Refunds and payment disputes follow store policy.
Manage any active subscription separately in App Store or Google Play settings.
5. Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully. Do not bypass security, introduce malicious code, create automated load, access another person’s account, copy software/content without permission, reverse engineer except where law expressly permits it, or use the service deceptively or harmfully. Access may be restricted for abuse or security risks.
6. Intellectual property
The KulakApp name, design, software, original exercises, text, audio-generation systems, and visual elements belong to their respective rights holders. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use. Reproduction or distribution requires permission unless law provides otherwise.
7. Microphone and permissions
Features such as Voice Repeat Exercise may require microphone permission. Permission is optional and can be withdrawn in device settings; the related feature may then be unavailable. Processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Changes and availability
We may change, add, or remove features for security, technical, quality, or product reasons. Continuous, error-free availability is not guaranteed. Planned or emergency maintenance may occur, subject to purchased rights and mandatory consumer law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, KulakApp is provided “as is.” Educational outcomes vary by person, device, and practice conditions. We are not liable for indirect losses or failure to achieve expected educational or financial results, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or results from intent or gross negligence.
10. Termination
You may delete your account using Account and Data Deletion. Access may be suspended for serious violations, security risk, or legal necessity. Provisions concerning payment, intellectual property, and liability survive where their nature requires.
11. Governing law and updates
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without removing mandatory consumer and data-protection rights that apply where you live. We will update the effective date for material changes and provide notice when appropriate.
