About KulakApp and its publisher
KulakApp is a music ear-training app. This website provides short listening tests, virtual instruments and learning guides to help you explore pitch, intervals, chords and rhythm before deciding whether the mobile app suits your practice.
Publisher and developer: Melih Zengin. The official website is kulak.app. The web guides and tools are published by KulakApp; they are not independent reviews of KulakApp or official examination materials.
The app and the web tools have different scopes. A brief browser exercise is not a complete music course, an assessment of instrumental technique or a medical diagnosis. App availability, language, pricing and subscription details should be checked in the relevant store listing.
Help with the app and web tools
The app does not open
Check for an available app update, close and reopen the app, and restart your device if necessary. If the problem persists, send your device model, operating-system version, app version and the step where the failure occurs. Hide personal information in screenshots. Do not delete the app before checking that you can regain account access and understanding the status of your data.
A web tool is silent or delayed
Sound starts only after you press a play button or an instrument key. Check device volume, the browser's sound permission, muted tabs and connected headphones. If wireless audio feels delayed, compare it with a suitable wired connection or your device speaker at a comfortable volume. Include the page address and browser name in your report.
Delete an account or reset a password
In the app, use Profile → Delete Account → Confirm. If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request from your registered email address. Read the account and data deletion instructions first. For email-and-password sign-in, use Forgot Password on the sign-in screen. Never share a reset link or code.
Subscriptions and payments
Tell us whether the purchase was through Apple App Store or Google Play and describe the problem without sending full payment details. Manage the subscription in the store account used for the purchase. Deleting an app or account may not cancel a subscription; see the terms of use.
How to read and use our content
We use AI-assisted tools in drafting, coding and technical checks. That does not make an article an independently expert-reviewed lesson. We do not claim a teaching qualification or independent expert review where it has not been documented. The publisher is responsible for the material presented here.
Our publishing rules call for checking musical examples and answer keys, linking to relevant primary sources for changing information, and keeping exercises distinct from official exams. Original explanations, diagrams and browser-generated sounds are used alongside third-party assets only where the usage rights have been checked. Sources explain where a factual claim came from; they do not mean an institution endorses KulakApp.
Comparisons published on this site have a commercial relationship with KulakApp. We disclose that relationship and do not use invented ratings, fabricated testimonials or a claim that one app is best for everyone. Store listings remain the reference for current product details.
A date alone does not establish accuracy. Check the source and its applicable school, program or product version, especially for exam requirements. If an explanation is incomplete or inconsistent, please tell us which example needs attention.
Report an error or a rights concern
Email the page address, the heading or test question, what appears wrong, and a supporting source if you have one. For a technical problem, add your browser and device model. For a copyright concern, identify the material and provide a link to the original work and information explaining your claim. Do not include private account credentials or unnecessary personal documents.
We use these reports to investigate and correct the relevant material. You can read how personal information is handled in the privacy policy.
