Privacy Policy

This page is an English translation of KulakApp’s official privacy policy. If there is a discrepancy between this translation and the Turkish policy, the Turkish version is the governing text.

Data we collect

KulakApp collects the following data to provide its services:

• Account information: your email address when you register, and the provider identifier used when you sign in with Apple or Google.
• Usage data: exercise scores, progress information and daily quota information.
• Subscription and purchase data: subscription status, purchase history and renewal status, processed through RevenueCat and the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Advertising data: device identifiers and advertising interaction data processed through Google AdMob.
• Notification data: a push-notification token processed through Firebase Cloud Messaging.

How we use data

Collected data is used for the following purposes:

• Creating and managing user accounts.
• Tracking exercise progress and managing daily quotas.
• Confirming subscription status and enabling premium features.
• Providing the leaderboard and badge system.
• Displaying advertising that supports free access.
• Sending push notifications when the user gives permission.

Data storage

Data is stored using Google Firebase services, including Firestore, Authentication and Messaging, as well as RevenueCat and Google AdMob infrastructure.

Sharing with service providers

Subscription and purchase data is shared with RevenueCat and the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Advertising data is shared with Google AdMob, and notification data is shared with Firebase Cloud Messaging. This processing is required to provide the relevant services. KulakApp does not sell this data to third parties for their marketing purposes.

Advertising and tracking

The app may collect device identifier information for advertising and analytics. On iOS, tracking that requires permission is subject to the user’s App Tracking Transparency choice. If permission is not granted, personalized advertising is not shown.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account from within the app. When your account is deleted, your KulakApp data is permanently removed. Purchase history held by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store remains subject to the relevant store’s policies. See the account deletion instructions.

Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel a subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings. Refunds are handled under the relevant store’s policies.

Children’s privacy

KulakApp does not target children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
